At a joint academic conference organized by Kangwon National University's Environmental Law Center and the nonprofit organization Seon under the theme "Climate Change Litigation: Reflections Through International Cases," Attorney Shinyoung Chu from ELPS delivered a presentation on the topic of "Climate Change Tort Law Litigation." He expressed the hope that “with the accumulation of various lawsuit cases that are on the rise lately, lawsuits may eventually become a substantive and effective means of addressing climate change.”
