Attorney Shinyoung Chu from ELPS attended as a panelist at the Korean Environmental Law Association’s 161st Regular Conference held at Seoul Central District Court . He presented his opinion on the topic of "Problems of a lawsuit on fluoride among soil contaminants," stating that, "By reviewing major practical issues regarding the Soil Environment Conservation Act such as the timing of recognition of soil contamination, the subject of risk assessment, and differences in regional worrisome level of soil contamination, it is expected that the soil remediation system and risk assessment system will operate in a more reasonable way."
