Attorney Shinyoung Chu and Yein Lee participated ‘Seoul Metropolitan Government’s 2023 Policy Forum for Action against Climate Change•Fine Dust’ as panels. Mr. Chu made recommendations on how to resolve cross-border pollution disputes between two or more local governments and the need to review the consistency of ordinances among Seoul's boroughs(Gu). Ms. Lee pointed out the need to consider waste collection and transportation business licenses when developing and settling social chains that reuse things.
